Cancellations
All clients must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.
50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies less than 48 hours of the appointment.
100% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies the day of the appointment or no shows.
Children & Pets
We absolutely adore your kids and furry friends! However, for everyone's safety and to keep things comfortable, we kindly ask that you don’t bring them to your appointment.
If you find yourself without childcare during your appointment time, please let us know and reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. This way, we can ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for you and all our guests.
Timeliness
At Hairland, we aim to stick to our daily schedule to ensure a wonderful experience for all our guests. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointments so we can give you the best possible service. If you happen to arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your services to accommodate other clients scheduled after you.
Should rescheduling be necessary, please note that it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and a fee of 100% of the service will apply. However, if your stylist can still provide part of your services, you'll still be charged for the full appointment.
Refund
We truly care about your satisfaction with your experience at Hairland Salon! If you need any adjustments related to your hair or extension appointment, please feel free to reach out to your stylist directly. They’ll be happy to assist you with any adjustments within the first five days after your appointment.
Just a quick note: complimentary adjustments don’t cover changes of mind regarding chemical or extension services. Also, if post-care instructions for services like keratin treatments and extension installations aren’t followed, an additional charge may apply.
We appreciate your understanding, and while we can't offer refunds, we’re here to ensure you have a great experience with us.
Appointment Need-To-Knows
On the day of your appointment, please arrive with clean, dry hair. It’s perfectly fine if you washed your hair yesterday, but we kindly ask that you avoid using dry shampoo or root coverage products. If you have any of these in your hair, we'll need to wash it again before we begin, which may incur a blowout fee. We can't wait to help you achieve your hair goals!
